Job Overview

This role is crucial for leading a team of technicians in maintaining manufacturing equipment, supporting all preventative maintenance programs, and promptly addressing operations interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the shift production supervisor to ensure seamless operational support and lead a team of technicians in maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute all scheduled preventative maintenance requirements to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Machine Maintenance: Assist with machine repair, changeovers, setups, and operations as needed to maintain production efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule time, materials, and equipment required for tasks, and accurately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Flexibility: Provide versatile support for additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager and adapt to changing production needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and equipment management is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of robotic systems and welders (Yaskawa Robotic experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in assembling and disassembling tooling and gauges.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation:

$27 - $30/hr DOE
