  • **Preventative Maintenance**: Execute all scheduled preventative maintenance requirements to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • **Machine Maintenance**: Assist with machine repair, changeovers, setups, and operations as needed to maintain efficient production processes.
  • **Scheduling and Documentation**: Efficiently schedule time, materials, and equipment required for tasks, and accurately complete all necessary documentation.
  • **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Provide versatile support for additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • **Technical Skills**: Comprehensive knowledge of robotic systems and welders, proficiency in assembling and disassembling tooling and gauges, and experience with PLC Allen Bradley Software.
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a positive, service-oriented demeanor.
