**Core Responsibilities**
- Plans and schedules work to ensure compliance with Company procedures and engineering specifications.

**Required Education/Experience**
- High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years' technical experience required; or
- Associate's Degree and four (4) years technical experience is required; or

**Preferred Education/Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years technical experience

**Relevant Work Experience**
- Two years' previous supervisory experience Preferred
- Required technical experience will include knowledge of the operation, maintenance, repair, inspection, and construction of electrical equipment including motors, relays, transformers and circuit breakers.
- Must demonstrate a high energy level; have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, operating/field personnel and management. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

**Licenses & Certifications**
- Driver's License Required

**Physical Demands**
- Must work at field locations in all weather conditions
- Must walk, stand, lift, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and/or reach

**Other Physical Demands**
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Must be able to work in all type of weather conditions for extended periods of time.
- Must be medically approved for respirator fit testing and use.
- This position requires [as operational needs dictate] change of schedules, call outs, duty roster, weekend and/or holiday work.
