Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a skilled nursing facility leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
* Mentor and train less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
* Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning

Requirements:

* Current NYS RN License
* 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred
* 1+ year of charge nurse experience preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong computer skills
