Front Office Coordinator

**EEP** is searching for our next front desk recruiter to join our growing team With locations in **Ottawa, IL, **and **Morris, IL, **EEP is looking for someone with a customer service or office based background who is familiar with a quick-paced environment. We are offering weekly pay, PTO, paid holidays and birthday, team events along with insurance benefits.

**Pay**:

- 20.00 -- 22.00 $/HR _(BOE)_

**Schedule**:

- Day schedule, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Have to be open to staying late and coming early some days along with occasional Saturdays.

**Job duties/ Requirements**:

- Answering and handling phones, directing calls.
- Cold calling, sales calls to prospects.
- Quick pacing with handling computers, phone, and applicant tracking system.
- Maintaining positive community and client relationships.
