**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager. The Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management. They will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with construction projects in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area.

**Qualifications**:

- Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Construction Management skills
- Budgeting and Project Management skills
- Prepare detailed estimates/proposals and/or budgets based on project bid drawings and scopes of work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
- On-Screen Takeoff/Quickbid Proficiency (required)
- Commercial Drywall scope knowledge - metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, DFH, selective demolition, etc
- Experience in the DMV Market (2 years minimum)
- Read, analyze and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Highly Motivated and teachable attitude; A strong desire to learn and grow
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Able to multitask, prioritize work and work well under pressure
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Maintain project schedules and budgets
- Prepare change orders and invoices
- Oversee project foremen, daily communication to maintain a smooth project development
- Order project material
- Fluent in English. Spanish speaking is a plus
- Professional appearance

Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
