Join our dynamic team at Serene Care Med Spa as an Office Receptionist and Administrative Assistant We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role combines administrative duties with exceptional customer service to support our team and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism at our front desk.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, including screening and directing to appropriate team members.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain up-to-date calendar entries for staff.
- Support event planning and coordination activities.
- Conduct general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to both clients and guests.
- Promptly address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep track of office supplies and reorder as needed to maintain inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is beneficial.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous.
