The Producer guides and drives the long
- and short-term product strategies for NCSOFT’s AAA games. Using knowledge of the competitor and market landscape as well as quantitative and qualitative data, they optimize their assigned games by driving acquisition, retention and monetization. They own the live success of their assigned games, working with other stakeholders to develop high-level strategy and drive execution.
**Description**:
**[Roles and Responsibilities]**
- Work closely with other stakeholders to guide strategy, features, monetization, acquisition and retention for your product(s)
- Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to propose or evaluate new features and ideas, and predict their impact
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitors to identify risks and opportunities
- Support other internal teams by providing game knowledge and strategic user insights
- Manage overall production pipeline for new or established product(s)
- Create and manage a production calendar
- Set goals and expectations for new features, events, and promotions
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders over different time zones while tracking progress and milestones
- Analyze user and game data, evaluating existing operations and new opportunities for game features or further optimizations
- Report regularly on the health and success of the product
- Monitor LiveOps KPIs and player feedback to gain actionable insights and improve overall product quality
- Utilize tools and work closely with the Community Team to raise actionable player feedback to the development team
- Monitor player activity and investigate issues when they arise
- Work with the support teams to establish customer service best practices and constantly improve the service quality
- Work with other Producers to develop cross-product strategies and operational adjustments for live games
- Support and work with other Producers in monetization design, competitor analysis, and best practices in development, analysis, and research
- Other tasks assigned
**[Qualifications]**
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 4+ years of production experience, preferably in the video game industry
- Experience working with remote teams across the globe
- Deep knowledge of online gaming and the broader gaming market
- Good understanding of game design fundamentals, including prioritizing game features and content improvements and delivering measurable product improvements to a live product
- Extensive knowledge of the monetization of online, free-to-play games
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Able to collaborate with and influence across teams and regions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all internal departments
- Highly self-motivated and accountable
- Strong analytical skills
**Salary**:
$85,000 - $120,000 per year
