Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various disciplines to pinpoint and resolve any deficiencies in our process framework.
  • Provide guidance to a team of Agile practitioners in organizing, participating in, and leading Agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Engage with development teams to uncover team-specific challenges within our development process, create a comprehensive mapping of upstream and downstream stakeholders, and document necessary assumptions.
  • Organize and facilitate retrospective meetings with diverse audiences to identify future targets for process enhancement, assess the current state of process changes, and evaluate the impact of recent modifications on team well-being.
  • Act as a steward of our product backlog standards and practices to ensure reliability in our burndown charts and analytics.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in production roles within the gaming industry as a Producer, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the development and release of at least one product.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements is essential for this role, including specialized screenings as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for gaming, both in playing and understanding the industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar bug tracking systems.
  • Experience in adopting and supporting Agile methodologies within AAA game development teams.
  • Background as a Process Manager or Agile Coach.
  • Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills: Program Management requires attention to detail, with clear, concise, and specific communication. Proficiency in backlog management and organization is essential.
