- Keep up to date records in Line of Business App.
- Build Knowledge Base Articles and Client Documentation.
- Actively seek and document improvements to internal processes.
- Capture and resolve user issues in detail.
- Attend Tech meetings to discuss concerns and make suggestions.
- Set realistic expectations for clients and internal teams.
- Participate in projects and deployments.
- Complete training and certifications for all core products and services.
- Help build documentation.
- Process returns for warranty claims.
- Answer incoming service desk phone calls.
