**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage client appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize AxisCare or similar systems to schedule appointments and update client information
- Communicate effectively with caregiver staff, clients, and external parties to facilitate scheduling needs
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers
- Prioritize tasks appropriately
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Provide office support as needed including human resources, assisting with projects, creating reports, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a medical office or as a home health scheduler, human resources professional, and/or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in AxisCare or similar scheduling systems is a plus
- Familiarity with home care visit scheduling processes and protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and caregiver staff effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office procedures and front desk operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
