**BECOMING OUR FRONT DESK CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT**

**4-Day Work Schedule**:

- Monday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:45 PM
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 6:45 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 5:45 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:45 PM

**Day-to-Day**:
Imagine a day where your warm and friendly demeanor greets patients at the check-out desk. You play a pivotal role in managing appointments, processing payments, and collaborating with the chiropractic team to coordinate patient care plans. As the "boss of tomorrow," your primary focus is on patient accounts, mapping, collections, and building lasting patient relationships. You are instrumental in ensuring efficient and confident closing of practice member sign-ups, working closely with the Check-in CA, and supporting office flow at all times.

- Penchant for collecting and managing data and information
- Dependable with a track record of 100% follow-through

Having front desk experience as a patient service coordinator is preferred
