Enrollment Advisor

The Enrollment Advisor is a key member of our team at Paul Mitchell Schools, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential and current students and their families throughout the enrollment and financing process.

• Provide information on admissions requirements, available programs of study, and the school's facilities and resources.
• Determine financial aid eligibility within the parameters of institutional, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of available types of financial aid, scholarships, and general student eligibility criteria.
• Work with the lead specialist to schedule meetings and facilitate tours of the school facility.
• Conduct and lead tours for prospective students and their families.
• Provide advising throughout the financial aid process to prospective and current students and their families.
• Assist with organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as Open Houses and career fairs.
• Participate in enrollment and financial aid training via virtual and/or on-site events.
• Complete financial aid processing and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Proficiently uses Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, and Apple products.
• Strong record-keeping and maintenance skills.
• Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times, reflecting the values and standards of the school.
