Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones to ensure seamless guest flow.
  • Manage wait times, communicate information to guests, and direct them as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Assist with merchandise sales, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
