Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper. The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will provide support to the bookkeeping department and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using QuickBooks
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer support and phone etiquette

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
