- Extensive ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and Quickbooks is a must.
- Preparing Proposals
- Strong oral and written communication skills including timely correspondence
- Follow
- up capabilities without reminders
- Knowledge of plumbing plans and DOB Procedures recommended (will train if necessary)
- NYS or Commissioner of Deeds notary is recommended

Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable; prior knowledge of AIA requisitions for payment; review and reconcile vendor statements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Brooklyn, NY 11230: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
