As a Sales Executive, you'll spearhead new business development in a high-energy, sales-centric environment. Your mission? Here's what you'll tackle in this role:

- Hunt down and qualify promising leads with precision.
- Kick off the sales process by setting appointments, diving deep into client needs, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Seal the deal by forging strong connections with potential clients, showcasing our service offerings, and expertly navigating objections.
- Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to proactive prospecting efforts.
- Harness the power of our customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep client info organized and accessible.
- Keep your finger on the pulse by managing your Hot 25 list within the CRM.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters success and camaraderie.

What we're looking for:

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in B2B inside and outside sales roles.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales over the past 2 years.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude and a hunger for challenges.
- A knack for organization within a defined sales process and the ability to guide clients from prospect to close.
- Stellar communication and presentation skills, with a knack for facilitating engaging meetings and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and marketing teams to drive results.
