**Position type/expected work hours**:
Flexible work hours are allowed between 9am - 7pm. Some nights and weekends would be required.

**Essential Functions**:

- Be the face of the company from a Marketing perspective
- Grow the business footprint by Generating ideas and acting on those ideas
- Create monthly marketing content and post on several social media channels
- Create Tik Tok videos and post to improve the brand
- Create and maintain Blog posts
- Manage Event/Sales calendar & prepare meeting material if needed
- Coordinate & attend on-site events to educate on the Brand and be the face to the overall Company
- Collaborate & assemble marketing bags & folders
- Network with like-minded businesses & discuss partnerships and referral programs
- Educate on the mission of the business, convert leads and spread the word of THE DRIPBaR
- Brainstorm and conduct grassroots marketing engagements
- Manage Front desk operations 2X a week (Friday/Saturday)
- Make outbound sales calls

**Qualifications**:
**-**Previous sales experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a current driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
- Marketing and social media experience is preferred
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Must be friendly and not afraid to interact with people
- Must be punctual.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess good problem-solving skills.
- Must be teachable by being a good listener and willing to continually learn new skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to set and accomplish goals.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum qualifications “High school diploma or GED”
**Experience**:

- Minimum 6-12 months of experience providing customer service or inside sales support
- Proficiency with PC, Windows Operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
