**About the role**

As a Sales (General) Manager, you own the accountability for the sales related results of your region. You are responsible for managing sales and promotional activities, relocating promotion budget, supervising sales performance and other supply or demand side metrics including gross revenue and gross margin of this region, and coordinating with cross functional teams.

**Responsibilities**

* Review daily sales and categorical performance along related business metrics in terms of improving gross revenue, gross margin, number of active users, and average revenue per buyer.

* Monitor sales metrics in real time and make necessary adjustments.

* Analyze product category performance and promotion effects as well as reasons for good/bad performance, and make necessary improvement plans.

* Coordinate with the content marketing team on weekly promotion events, monthly and quarterly plans.

* Review deals and discounts and allocate promotional budget for their specific region.

* Liaises with Supply Chain and Merchandising departments as needed to support sales.

* Learn products traits and be aware of new exciting products, revenue builder, hero SKUs, and products with vendor support

* Prepare reports and present sales actions plans in weekly review meetings.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of proven experience in sales, retail or food industry preferred

* Data driven and result driven

* Strong communications skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic and integrity
