Administrative Assistant -Maintenance Department

Precise Management Inc, a family owned and operated, full-service management company which began operations in 1981 seeks a Maintenance Coordinator for our main office located in Brooklyn, NY- DUMBO area.

The successful Maintenance Coordinator at Precise Management will first and foremost be extremely reliable, pro-active and have superior customer service skills.

This position requires a responsible individual who can commit to being at work, being at work on time and who has at least 3 or more years previous experience working in the customer service field and supporting all levels of Senior staff. Knowledge of residential real estate property is a plus.

**The position entails**:

- Schedule and follow - up on all resident maintenance issues regarding their apartment.
- Arrange repair work for all common areas of the companies building portfolio etc.
- Order supplies and materials for building maintenance.
- Communicate information to staff as needed, maintain confidentiality and be a trusted team member
- Partner with Executive team as well as senior staff and support assistants
- Manage a comprehensive, active calendar and coordinate all logistics:

- Anticipate the needs of the Manager and constantly maintain flexibility to handle anything that may arise throughout the day; maintain an excellent track-record of follow-up to detail.
- Take on Special Projects as needed

**Skills/Qualifications**
- 1+ years' experience at a fast-paced environment providing support to senior level managers and field staff.
- Must be polished, articulate and on-point
- Bi-Lingual ( Spanish) - A plus
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism & discretion
- Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed
- Independent problem solver, who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Must be Proficient and have advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be upbeat, polite, courteous and tactful.
- Superior Customer Service skills required.
- Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a dynamic team.
- Proven ability to multi task and flexible.
- Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
