We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with exceptional administrative skills to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new help accellerate our growth over the next decade.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage all aspects of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maintain accurate client records and facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee print marketing campaigns including brochures, flyers, and direct mail materials.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and schedule regular postings.
- Assist in managing contracts from initial negotiation to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide support to agents by coordinating marketing materials, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with marketing trends.
- A keen understanding of social media marketing, preferably with experience in managing paid online campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram)
**Compensation Plan**: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a generous bonus structure based on our top line growth. Paid time off and holidays.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
