Position Overview Our team is currently looking for a Home Health Marketing Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our presence in the community, developing strategic partnerships, and growing our client base. We want to hear from you if you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a marketing and business development background.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource to the community and healthcare partners and develop results-producing relationships as assigned.
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with all referral sources such as case managers and discharge planners in hospitals, rehab centers, case management firms and other health care facilities.
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to generate referrals for the agency.
  • Educate the community about Pavilion Medical Home Care’s mission, programs , and services.
  • Develop marketing plans, strategies, and goals, adhering to established timelines and objectives.
  • Participate in program development, bringing relevant data, reports, as well as information regarding changes within accounts and referral sources.
  • Assist management with preparing and following up on marketing meetings and weekly reports.
  • Increase admissions in assigned accounts to meet or exceed targets. Continuously assess and adjust marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Qualify leads and potential clients through cold calls.
  • Attend meetings, in-services, and lunches with liaisons to promote our services and build relationships in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven marketing and business growth track record
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
