Under the direction of the Deputy Division Chief, the incumbent plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the Workforce Services Program activities and special programs in Workforce Services cluster. Monitors productivity and provides timely feedback to staff, management, and partners. Activities also include the planning and scheduling of work, training and staff development, monitoring employee performance and taking corrective action. Coordinates with the management team in planning and setting goals, as well as collaborating with partners and other community organizations.

Position is located in Sacramento, but incumbent must be willing to travel to multiple locations within the Northern Division.**
