Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Market Assistant, you will be expected to responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for holistic self-care and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with technical sales, including explaining product specifications and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing and keeping inventory clean and ready for sale.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent reliability & trustworthy.
- Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic knowledge of technology for assisting with social media follows, sales and helping build our online presence.
- Quick learner with the ability to gain new product knowledge as they are released.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 - 21 per week
