- Develop recommendations regarding program design, performance standards, budget management, and corrective action measures.
- Engage in outreach about programs and services including delivery of training to staff and partners.
- Identify metrics necessary for evaluation and ensure that partners collect and report data needed.
- Create a sustainability plan to ensure program’s continuation after current funding period.

**_Skills or knowledge required:_**
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively.
- Ability to use independent judgment in handling work assignments, priorities, and schedules.
- Ability to interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Knowledge of and ability to use technology and common software programs including Microsoft suite, video conferencing platforms, and data management systems.

**_Minimum qualifications:_**

An eight (8) year combination of education and/or experience demonstrating progressively responsible experience in developing and administering employment and training programs.
