**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversees and supports all administrative duties in the office, ensuring the office is operating smoothly.
- Manages office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Performs receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Receives and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and invoice management.
- Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
- Arranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals
- Develops office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented. appropriately.
- Assists with office layout, and works with IT infrastructure.
- Manages office budget.
- Work with the Human Resources team to provide administrative support as needed
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provides other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, research, and creating reports.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
