**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily orders and inquiries from a diverse global customer base.
- Submit quotations daily to client requests in a timely manner.
- Track and follow up quotes to secure orders.
- Establish and grow customer relationships.
- Ability to emphasize salable features to promote additional product sales.
- Strive to meet personal/customer service/ inside sales targets.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems and deliveries to ensure continued customer satisfaction, develop strong relationships, and encourage future sales.
- Provide accurate, valid, timely, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and develop sales and relationships.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven business development/customer support experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of international and domestic business practices.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- E-Commerce sales development knowledge helpful
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office Suite), particularly Word and Excel
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent time management, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities, and unpredictable events within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Required Education & Experience**

3-6 years customer experience/inside sales -equipment/technical sales experience in manufacturing preferred.

Bilingual is highly desirable (Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, or other Asia-Pacific language, Spanish)

College degree preferred.

This job operates in a hybrid clerical office setting with some agreed-upon WFH days after the training period.

Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
