**Expectations & Responsibilities**:

- Being open to coaching and mentoring within our structured and on-going training program
- Daily in-person sales calls using a mobile database of prospects
- Follow proprietary sales system for prospecting and presentations
- Make sales presentations to groups as well as individuals
- Clearly, effectively explain details and benefits of our plans to clients
- Maintain current client relationships and execute re-service strategies
- Character that aligns with our organizations core values
- Customer Service, Growth, Integrity, and Balance
- Previous experience in sales or related field welcomed but not necessary
- The ability and discipline to work independently with little oversight, while being able to intergrate into a team of high performing sales professionals
- A genuine compassion for helping others - Always doing what is in our client's best interest

**Compensation**:

- Uncapped commissions (Average sales rep will average $65,000-$85,000 their first year)
- Bonuses and accelerated commissions to help our new sales reps get off to a quick start
- Lifetime vested renewal commissions
- Ownership stake through stock bonuses
- Cash and travel incentives
