**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll do**:
As a **Maintenance Coordinator Planner**, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in _maintenance_. This will be done through _SAP_, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the manager, _supervisor_, and parts _coordinator_ to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics.

This role will be Mon - Fri from 10 a.m - 6 p.m, some weekend support may be needed.

**Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep track of mechanics Kronos vs _SAP_ labor utilization
- Scheduling down day work for mechanics
- Scheduling weekly PM’s and work orders to mechanics
- Reporting on part utilization weekly
- Reporting weekly completion rate of PM’s for all mechanics
- Working close with part _coordinator_ on kitting and assigning work

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,000 - $67,000 per year based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma required (college degree preferred)
- _SAP_ knowledge for scheduling
- Ability to work rotating schedule
- Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work
- Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates
- Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
- _Microsoft_ Suite including _Excel_ comprehension preferred
- Strong _leadership_ skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective _coaching_, _leading a team_-based approach to decision-making
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
