**Position Purpose**:
To assume the lead role in developing and implementing the facility’s human resources programs and services such as employee relations, benefits administration, time off management and scheduling.

**Educational Requirements**:
High school graduate or GED required

**Experience Required**:
Minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources with knowledge of Human Resources policies and law.

**Other Qualifications/Requirements**:
Familiarity with human resource databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS, and experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

**Essential Functions**
- Coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple human resources activities including employee relations, benefits administration, time off management, and scheduling.
- Responsible for review and accuracy of weekly payroll prior to submitting to Business Office.
- Responds to inquiries regarding general human resources issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits.
- Assists in the recruiting process, including working with managers to identify staff needs and supporting recruiting efforts.
- Resolve employee issues and concerns regarding employment data and human resources processes and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Adheres to rules of attendance as outlined and received on orientation to the facility.
- Participates in quality assurance and improvement processes within the facility.
- Assists co-workers as needed and maintains positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
- Exhibits professional conduct and behavior through cooperative interactions with others and accepts personal responsibility for their own actions.
- Reports for their assigned shift in a timely fashion.
- Adheres to the facility dress code.
