**Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant, Technical Operations in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location.** In this role you will provide general administrative and project-specific support to Tech Ops department members including scheduling meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, preparing presentations, word processing SOP’s, policies, protocols and reports; creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets; assist with entering Product Complaint information; entering and tracking Purchase Orders and processing legal documentation within company software systems.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide general administrative support (typing, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Support department employees and activities with copying, tracking, distributing, and filing documents, and assembling and mailing documents.
- Assist with set-up and maintenance of the department files.
- Schedule on and off-site departmental meetings including arranging for meeting venue, room reservations, travel arrangements, meeting equipment and supplies, and provide on-site meeting assistance when necessary.
- Coordinate shipment of supplies and documents.
- Perform other project related activities as assigned.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor and others in department.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required.
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to process multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to take instructions from various sources and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain familiarity with relevant FDA/ICH guidelines and regulations as needed.
- Must possess excellent technical administrative and communication skills.
- Communicate effectively and with courtesy to internal and external staff, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency in E-mail, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; Proficiency in MS Project is a plus.

**Physical demands and work environment**:

- Travel is not anticipated for this role.
- Manual dexterity required to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.
- Continuous sitting for prolonged periods.
