The Howard Company is seeking a motivated **Tech Support Specialist** to join our Digital Support Team. The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers who are experiencing technical issues with their menu boards or other technology.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely customer feedback.
- Tracking and documenting service calls into ticketing system.
- Willingness to learn other IT functions, such as imaging computers/screen and POS systems.
- Availability to be on rotating schedule for on-call hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- An understanding of computers and other technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues & problem-solve.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Consistently display The Howard Company’s Core Values.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of phone support experience required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
