WE HERE AT SAMEDAY APPLIANCE REPAIR & ELECTRICAL SERVICES ARE LOOKING TO ADD A TEAM MEMBER FOR BILLING AND OFFICE ASSISTANT POSITION.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. ANSWERING PHONES AS AND WHEN NEEDED

2. CO-ORDINATING WITH HOME WARRANTY ON APPROVALS FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR.

3. MUST BE COMPETANT WITH BILLING.

4. FOLLOW UP ON PAYMENTS.

5. ASSIST OFFICE MANAGER

6. Must possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do" attitude over the phone and in person

7. Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of our portfolio of products and services

8. Effectively summarize and relay information

9. Must have the ability to analyze data from previous appointments.

10. Detail-oriented, closely monitoring and identifying incorrect work-orders, correcting mistakes and resolving with managers as necessary
11. Dedication to providing superior customer service

Nice to Have

Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes. Previous experience in Appliance Repair background major plus point.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
