The company is looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and familiarity with Call Center Services, is a plus for this role. It's an opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and adept at working with C-Level prospects in various industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as lead generation, cold calling, marketing campaigns, Website, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and promote the company's international call center outsourcing services.
- Conduct discovery calls and service presentations to demonstrate the benefits of the offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in cold calling strategy and building rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Call Center Services.
- Sales development skills to identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in telemarketing sales within a call center environment is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and understanding of Analytics and KPIs.
