About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outsourced Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team at Eide Bailly. As a key member of our accounting and tax services team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of accounting specialists, senior associates, and associates, and managing client relationships to build value and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of accounting specialists, senior associates, and associates to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.
  • Manage client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and build value.
  • Actively handle day-to-day accounting needs for clients, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax projections.
  • Provide business advisory services to clients, including recommendations on process improvements and financial planning.
  • Review and prepare tax returns, as well as provide technical training and mentoring to staff.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Eide Bailly services and participate in business development initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets and turnaround times to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including prior experience managing staff.
  • Valid CPA license strongly preferred.
  • Experience within a CPA firm, especially in tax and/or audit, preferred.
  • Experience working in the healthcare/medical industry is a plus.
