**Requirements**:

- Proven customer service experience, with a track record of exceeding client expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic office software, such as Google Workspace and CRM systems
- A passion for the real estate industry and photography is a plus
