We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Ookla. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our highest valued customers in the US, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for our top customers, developing and growing relationships across their business and technical organizations.
- Educate, train, and support clients to optimize their use of our product suite.
- Resolve customer-facing business and technical issues, escalating as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to review account health and identify opportunities for growth.
- Champion customer requirements within Ookla, advocating for their needs.
- 5-10 years of enterprise-level technology-related support or account management experience.
- Exceptional customer focus and bias for action.
- Experience supporting nascent products/services into new markets.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with data analytics, including applications like Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel functions.
