Job Title: Customer Accounts Associate

Pay: $22.50/h

This is a temporary to permanent position.

Full-time role, 40 hours per week.

Conversion to permanent status is based on performance and attendance.

This role is conducted onsite and offers the potential for permanent employment based on attendance and performance. A laptop will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with year-end volume tasks.
  • Manage Qualified Charitable Distributions.
  • Set up Tax Withholding.
  • Handle Standing Letters of Authority.
  • Process Check Stop Pays.
  • Participate in additional training as needed by the department.

Job Summary:

Act as a liaison between various branches and the main office within a call center setting. Responsibilities include reviewing, updating, and maintaining customer accounts.

Ensure compliance with collection procedures, policies, and regulations while delivering exceptional service to clients and Financial Advisors (FAs).

The department requires support for year-end activities, including processing Money Movement requests and related tasks.

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking or customer service, or a relevant college degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and email communication tools for document creation and editing.

Understanding of compliance issues and risk management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of management and colleagues.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing outstanding customer service.

Demonstrated professionalism in training new associates.

Ability to navigate complex tasks independently and collaboratively with supervisors.

Capacity to perform well under pressure from deadlines and fluctuating workloads.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered.

Licenses/Certifications:

No specific licenses or certifications are required.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in banking.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of customer accounts management.
