We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Program Manager for Recruitment and Admissions.

**Position Overview**:
The Program Manager for Recruitment and Admissions will be a full-time position responsible for spearheading strategic recruitment efforts and managing the admissions process for our PHHA programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Administration and collaborating closely with Program Directors, this role will be instrumental in driving enrollment growth and ensuring the success of our recruitment initiatives.

The Manager for Recruitment and Admissions will play a central role in shaping the future of public health and health administration education by driving recruitment initiatives and ensuring a seamless admissions process. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with PHHA enrollment goals.
Serves as a central coordinator of policy and implementation of admission activities, including the Committee for Admissions.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Office of Enrollment Services and prospective MD/MPH and Resident applicants.
- Manage PHHA admission literature, marketing materials, and advertising efforts.
- Plan and execute program information sessions, open houses, on-campus visits, both virtual and on-campus, targeting key markets, involving faculty, alumni, and students where appropriate.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract and enroll international students, leveraging partnerships and resources to expand the Programs’ global reach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational partners to support recruitment efforts.
- Establish and maintain tracking mechanisms to collect, analyze, and monitor PHHA enrollment data.
- Monitor and analyze data related to prospective and in-progress applicants, providing regular reports for review.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of enrollment data for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and offices to ensure the accuracy and consistency of enrollment data for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Conduct market analysis and trend research to inform recruitment strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
- Collaborate on admissions marketing initiatives and contribute to institutional marketing planning.
- Manage website content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging, reflecting the department's mission, values, and offerings.
- Coordinate international student affairs in collaboration with the Office of International Personnel and Enrollment Services, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support services to international students.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with the Office of Enrollment Services.
- Coordinate access to student affairs offices and supports for new students.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions and/or recruitment, preferably within professional or graduate programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with
diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with admissions software and database management systems.
