**Responsibilities**:

- Billing
- Collections
- Purchasing and Ordering tracking
- 30%
- Phones
- Safety equipment inventory
- Misc equipment inventory
- Shop drawing distribution
- Administrative support of President
- QSM administrator

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Three years of previous office management experience
- Superb communication skills
- Experience or exposure to a manufacturing or construction environment helpful
