Office Coordinator

Our client in the creative industry is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support them in their NYC office.
Rate: $20-25/hour
Schedule: In office 3x/week
Hours: Wednesday 9-5 pm, other 2 days (ideally Monday and Thurs) are flex to come in 1/2 day.
- Manage day-to-day operations of office
- Manage snack program
- Serve as liaison to IT and vendors
- Handle employee requests and office access
- Serve as first point of contact for new or visiting employees, as well as guests
- Manage onsite event requests, layout, access, and food
- Maintain office organization and aesthetics
- Run point on in-office improvement projects
- Assist with event planning (happy hours, etc)
