**Responsibilities**:

- EDI orders to be acknowledged on customers portals and processed on receipt.
- Enter Stock and Contract Orders within a timely manner.
- Cross check Command OC (Order Confirmation) against customer PO and check for order accuracy and release to shipping.
- Process large stock orders and check for accuracy and release to shipping.
- Work directly with customers on any order discrepancies including following up with customers if revised orders are not received.
- Maintain Order Entry workbook with up to date pricing.
- Work with Customer Service on contract item depletion.
- Make sure account billing information matches a PO and work with Customer Service if updates are needed in Command Central.
- Monitor special pricing and promotions for assigned accounts provided by Customer Service.
- File orders entered each day in numeric order.
- Maintain OC filing cabinet up to date.

Qualifications:

- AA Degree and/or equivalent business related experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adjust priorities based on changing situations.
- Proficient computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Drive.
- Ability to operate and utilize adding machines, copy machine, fax, scanner, and general PC skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment to make important recommendations to management.
- California Pay Transparency: Base Range $17.50 -$19.00/hour + Overtime + Benefits**ABOUT REVOLUTION**
