**Job Summary**:
As an Inventory Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the organization's Hemp & Products inventory control procedures and activities. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and optimizing inventory processes to meet operational needs efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Utilize inventory management software and MRP systems to track inventory movements. Knowledge of Woo Commerce a strong plus
- Collaborate with Operations, marketing and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee production planning to align inventory levels with production schedules.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to present inventory metrics effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights using tools like Nielsen or Tableau.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems, Woo Commerce and MRP software.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
