Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Benicia, CA. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Production Management: Develop and implement project schedules, track production, and manage inventory to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Subcontract Management: Handle subcontractor relationships, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Crew Mobilization and Supervision: Coordinate and supervise varying work schedules, crew mobilizations, and job site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project owners, prime contractors, inspectors, field engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management for a heavy civil construction company, preferably with experience managing construction projects involving bridge and/or pavement overlay work.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, employee managerial experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and ability to work as a team.

  • Competitive Compensation: $75,000-$105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
