**Overview**
An enthusiastic people-person who is team-minded, solution-orientated, and possess expert communication and social skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and check-in guests with a pleasant smile and superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.
- Ensure all guests are registered prior to participating in mini golf and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
- Process payment via room charge or credit card
- Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at golf area.
- Assist guests with all requests.
- Responsible for courteous and efficient responses at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining a secure environment by immediately reporting any accident or injuries to the department heads.
- Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
**Skills**
- Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Outstanding organizational and time management processes.
- Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10lbs without assistance.
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Requires a reliable and consistent sense of urgency when responding to guest requests.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of Hospitality/Customer Service experience.
- Hotel experience a plus.
- Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capacity to maintain regular attendance in compliance with variable scheduling needs of the hotel.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of guest information.
