About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Host/Hostess to join our team at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. As a Seasonal Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel information, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of banquet operations and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
