We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at Bar Lab LLC. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their assigned dining area
  • Present menus and inform guests of basic information about our offerings
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times as needed
  • Communicate guest notes to managers, kitchen, and service team
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to all policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Ability to read reservation notes and enter names and notes into the reservation system
  • Fluency in English and basic writing skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
