**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Generates and reviews all incoming/outgoing paperwork for accuracy;
- Works to ensure proper documentation according to company systems and rules;
- Create spreadsheets, prepare expense and other reports, enter data and create reports;
- Supports warehouse team with various administrative duties;
- Other duties may be assigned.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Brazilian Portuguese;
- 1-2 years of similar work experience required
- Speak Portuguese it's a plus;
- Experience with Microsoft or Google Products.

**SALARY: $22 per hour (paid weekly);**
- **Shifts: Day shift (8 hours a day), Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm);**:

- **Weekend availability sometimes.**

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
