**DAY-TO-DAY**

This full-time management position in customer care typically works **Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm**, with weekends and on-call nights as needed.

As a Compliance - Customer Service Team Lead, you are critical to the success of our company. You oversee the client care coordinators and are the first point of contact for our customers. Using your customer service skills, you make sure that our clients' needs are met and any complaints are addressed and resolved. Working with your team, you ensure that all required information has been collected and passed on to any other teams involved in the project, and that any pictures and documentation are current and up to date. As part of the management team, you make sure that your team is on task and providing customer service that is up to our standards as well as ensure that all personnel are compliant with program and company regulations. You find and develop talent for your team as well as make sure that the right people are in the appropriate roles.
