**Schedule**
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Pay is weekly
**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Accounts payables functions.
- Purchase order entry.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Perform receptionist duties and answer phones when needed
- Set up and configure new PC's, mobile devices, iPads, and software related to these.
- Maintain the main server and office network.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, network, printer, and scanner connectivity issues.
**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office preferably Word and Excel (2-5 years)
- Computer and IT savvy
- Organized and detail oriented
- Problem Solving
- Team Orientation
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary
- Opportunities for growth, training, and development
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- IT knowledge
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
